Personal
Born and raised in central Massachusetts, my experience with real estate began in 1986 when I first sold modular homes. I expanded my contracting business to include renovations and restorations, as well as designing and building custom homes. With the assistance of many employees, I incorporated excavating/septic services in order to provide a turn-key package for my customers. Over the years, I purchased many multi-family properties which provided good cash flow and solid investment.
My wife, Gail, and I lived in Geneva, Switzerland prior to moving to Schoharie County in July, 2003. We live on a beautiful 100 acre farm outside of Cooperstown, NY with our two Labrador Retrievers, Jake and Ben.
